Between 2000-2014 Ayset managed the Xanadu Resort Hotel in Belek, starting from 2011 until May 2015 the company managed the Xanadu Snow White Hotel. At the moment Ayset continues to manage the Xanadu Island Hotel located on a private peninsula in Bodrum. 

After moving its headquarters to Antalya in 2014, besides its registered trade marks, Ayset started to offer consulting services in managing and operating five-stars hotel facilities.
